our was mini-van was smashed at the back.. it took 4 days before the car insurance company rented us a car. then after 4 days, a came from the company took a look at our mini-van and told us it might be totaled. then after 2 days, the car insurance called and said they will pay for the totaled car $2,500!!! the cost to repair is $2,700. We just got that mini-van a month ago for $5,000. the market value of the mini-van is $4,100. Say someone is coming to US from India and wants to rent a vehicle for first two weeks. Obviously he doesn't have any auto insurance ( he doesn't have an auto at all). If he wants to decline the costly insurance coverage provided by the rental companies, what are the other options for him to get liability and collision coverage for the rental vehicle for first two weeks ? If he would have already had an auto and auto insurance it would have covered his rental car too with the same coverage for around 2 dollar a day. His injuries (not positive but almost positive) are not bad enough to go into my bodily injury. His PIP should cover it. Just passed me test and looked at insurance and wwwwoooowwww!!!! 3000 around the value of the car any way, so insurance quotes expect young people to write there car off twice at 8000 crazy i mean i understand that there are some bad young overconfident drivers basicly this is for and auto 1.2 nisan micra fully comp on my mums insurance. Im a guy and 18 in may so what is the way around this. I don't really want a car but for me i feel its necessary because i'm not a confident driver so need to keep it going. so do i buy a bangger(If so whats a good model) or go on my mums car. im 18, got a used car, and now need insurance to drive it. my family has AAA auto and if im added to that ill be paying 2k a year. i also work at target and might get a discount on metlife or travelers but i cant get quotes online and also think it wount beat the adding on plan. is there any good autoinsurance or should i just be added on parents?

I'm from a non-profit volunteer organization that wants its volunteers to teach a 16-session class. Normally, we teach in a local high school, but given the time in the school year, I would like to teach in a public/community setting over the summer. In order to get a public place (library; community center) to host this class, I need to take out liability insurance. I've asked my supervisor whether our organization has liability (no response yet). If we don't currently have it, what is an affordable company to buy it from? How much should my organization pay for a minimal premium?

Okay so I am a subcontractor for a company who does not offer insurance. (The main company this is) We are a 3rd party vendor, so we are subcontractors of another company if that makes sense...There are about 7 of us that are interested in purchasing insurance. Who would be a good company to go through? Blue Cross Blue Shield, Colonial etc? I know this type of insurance can be expensive to purchase as an individual but since there are several of us interested, would it be possible to purchase this insurance through our small company so that it may be cheaper for each of us? I am 17 in 2 weeks and am going to start my driving lessons, along side my lessons with a licensed instructor I would like my mother to also give me some extra help like driving around quiet roads, or in a empty car park.
